Welcome to 11bed. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 11bed governing your access to and use of the website, mobile platform, and all associated services. These terms apply to all users registered in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where our services are accessible.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 11bed platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1. Eligibility and User Requirements

To open and maintain an account on the 11bed platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 11bed enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gambling best practices applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations on behalf of a third party, or by automated bots, are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active account on the 11bed platform. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account on 11bed, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

Account Ownership

Each account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered individual. The following activities are considered violations of account ownership policy:

• Allowing another person to access or operate your account, even temporarily or with your permission.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to any other individual or entity.
• Using another person's account credentials without their express written consent and without 11bed's authorisation.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, promotions, or any other platform rules.

Password and Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 11bed support immediately at [email protected]. 11bed will never ask you for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel. Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly to keep your account secure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

11bed processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of local and digital payment methods to ensure convenient, fast, and secure transactions for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all other regions of Bangladesh.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your 11bed account balance upon confirmation. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the payment page and may be updated periodically. Current limits are shown in BDT at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from family members' mobile banking accounts — are not permitted without prior written approval.
• 11bed reserves the right to delay or decline a deposit if it triggers our fraud detection systems or if the depositing account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered user.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may require identity verification before processing. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the name on your registered 11bed account. We do not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.
• Any bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirement and rollover conditions before a withdrawal can be initiated. Failing to complete rollover requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
• Processing times vary by payment method: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Eid or BPL season.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

11bed periodically offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to a single qualifying deposit or action per user per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated — must be wagered that many times before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for a defined redemption period. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• 11bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Existing eligible wagering in progress will be honoured under the original conditions at the time of the bonus grant.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash equivalent, and cannot be exchanged for real money directly. Only winnings derived from successfully completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn as real funds.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

11bed is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any way that gives an unfair advantage, including but not limited to automated betting sequences or game manipulation.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or pricing anomalies in games or betting markets. Any winnings arising from known or suspected glitch exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any form of collusion with other users, game providers, or agents of 11bed to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise illegitimate payment credentials to fund your account. 11bed cooperates fully with law enforcement in cases of suspected financial fraud.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing offensive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content through any communication channel on or associated with the 11bed platform.

11bed conducts regular account audits and reviews betting patterns, transaction histories, and gameplay data to identify and act on suspected violations. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to pursue legal remedies where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 11bed platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 11bed or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the 11bed platform or its content for commercial purposes without the express written permission of 11bed management. Unauthorised use of 11bed trademarks, logos, or brand assets may result in legal action.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

11bed is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered users. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By using the 11bed platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and customer support interactions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect it at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11bed and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or fund forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct or failed KYC verification.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activities on the platform. Gambling involves risk and 11bed does not guarantee winnings. Users participate entirely at their own risk and must only gamble with funds they can afford to lose.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

11bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including providing false registration information, engaging in prohibited conduct, or failing KYC requirements.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other activity that may be unlawful or harmful to 11bed, other users, or third parties.
• A request by a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court order requiring 11bed to restrict or close the account.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Bonus funds not satisfying rollover conditions at the time of termination will be forfeited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services in the jurisdiction in which 11bed operates. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, 11bed encourages users to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 11bed's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11bed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 11bed platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
